Apple will soon be starting one of its assembling units in India through Foxconn. It is for the first time the company will be practicing the assembly business in India. There’s no doubt about the fact that Apple’s business will be witnessing a new wave. These assembling activities will be performed in Sriperumbadur where Foxconn has its own plant. Foxconn will be investing $356 million for the purpose of expansion of the plant which will also include investment for the production of iPhones. This project will also create around 25,000 jobs.
